Weeksville Playground

Weeksville Playground is a pocket park in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn that was funded under the Community Parks Initiative, a funding scheme to divert money towards historically divested parks. Within a small footprint, I layered play equipment, spray showers, game tables and benches with color-matching surfaces, dynamic design motifs, and planting beds full of pollinator species.
